Amenities include a refrigerator with ice maker, Samsung dishwasher, microwave, glass top stove + oven, toaster + separate toaster oven, plenty of pantry storage, both K-cup and traditional brew coffee makers, and even an espresso machine!

The open plan main floor is perfect for meals or game night (games provided!), with plenty of space to spread out. Enjoy the 50" smart TV, where you can watch your favorite movie, sports or streaming service curled up on the couch or the relaxing recliner. A half bath is also conveniently located on the first level, as well as a sleeper sofa. And on the balcony, you’ll find a convenient table and seating where you can savor your morning coffee, dining al fresco, or evening glass of wine while you enjoy watching the waves.

Upstairs are the primary and guest bedrooms, both tastefully furnished and updated. The oversized primary bedroom welcomes you with a magnificent ocean view, a private ensuite full bath with double vanity, and a comfortable King bed that will leave you refreshed after a long night’s sleep. Open the windows to enjoy the sea breeze and ocean sounds, and feel all the stress from your day-to-day life melt away.

The guest bedroom features both a Queen bed and Twin bed, with second full bath close by. Both bedrooms have smart TVs with sleep timers, plus USB ports and A/C outlets thoughtfully provided. And for those who work remotely, the primary suite offers a desk with keyboard tray and adjustable chair.

This immaculate getaway offers plenty of amenities, like free wireless internet and full-size in-unit washer and dryer. Lots of fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.  For your comfort and convenience, all rooms have ceiling fans and dimmable overhead lighting, with charging stations on all side tables and nightstands.

From your door, three dune walkovers provide easy access to the soft sands of Crescent Beach. No public parking nearby means our beach feels very private. Help yourself to the provided beach chairs and umbrellas, a small cooler, pool noodles, sand toys, skim boards, boogie boards and even a surfboard! One of our two heated pools is visible from your balcony, and the property also offers several beach and pool showers, a tennis court with pickleball, shuffleboard and even a basketball hoop.
